Prior research has provided valuable insights into how and why users make a decision about the adoption and use of information technologies(ITs) in the workplace. From an organizational point of view, however, the more important issue is how managers make informed decisions about interventions that can lead to greater acceptance and effective utilization of ITs. With the advancement of IT, recently website is an important strategic asset for hospitality organizations, specially for convention organizations to improve organizational performance and strategic competitiveness. These issues led us to examine the quality dimensions of convention website that affect user`s acceptance of a new web-based faculties on the technology acceptance model(TAM), the influences of e-qualities on convention website user`s intention to use are further explored. Results demonstrate that user`s intention to use is motivated by their various evaluations of convention website quality; system quality, information quality, service quality, interface·design quality, emotional quality should thus be experienced and emphasized in advance according to e-service in convention. Our findings and research agenda have important implications for managerial decision making on technology-based website implementation in convention organizations.
