This paper investigates the development status of the old-fashioned enterprises in the Chinese vinegar industry. Moreover, taking the well-developed Hengshun time-honored enterprise as an example, based on Porter's Five-force model and BSC-SWOT Analysis, a deep analysis of the competitiveness of the time-honored Henshun enterprise was carried out. At the same time, it also puts forward the future development direction of the vinegar industry's time-honored enterprises, namely increasing product categories, expanding product marketing, attaching importance of property rights, expanding sales channels, etc. Furthermore, to give full play to the brand advantages and enhance the competitiveness of the strategic layout of enterprises to provide references.
