The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the perceived value and exercise immersion by focusing on the home training attributes, home training motivation in China. And analyze differences in the results of path analysis were examined through multi-group according to the fitness center experience. A total of 465 questionnaires were used for analysis. The results were as follows. First, all other factors except for ease of home training attributes were found to have a significant effect on the perceived value. Among them, the health motivation was found to have the greatest influence. Second, except for convenience and health factors, economic and ease of home training attributes, enjoyment and skill of motivation were found to affect the exercise immersion. Third, it was found that the perceived value of home training also had a positive effect on exercise immersion. Finally, in the results of multi-group comparative analysis, it is confirmed that there are differences in experience group and the inexperience group of the fitness center. In particular, in the ‘skill → exercise immersion’ path, the path coefficient value of experience group(B=.311) was the largest.
