This study aims to provide useful basic data from an empirical aspect on the development of human resource management strategies for sports gyms. This study utilized Hayes's (2022) PROCESS macro ver 4.2 model 1 and determined the mediating effect that resilience has on the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment in order to achieve the research goal. The study observed that the positive causal relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of sports instructors could be promoted or upgraded depending on the level of individual resilience. Later, based on the verification results and the significant relationship between resilience and leadership, it suggested that the directors, who are considered to be the core of leadership in the sports gym, should strive to improve the resilience of individual sports instructors in control, social emotion, and positivity aspects by demonstrating useful leadership tailored to their characteristics.
