본 연구의 목적은 ‘학교현장실습’ 및 ‘교육봉사’를 효과적·효율적으로 지원하고 예비교사의 역량 함양을 돕는 교육실습 워크북을 개발하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 관련 문헌을 분석하여 워크북 개발 방향을 설정하고, ‘교육봉사활동’과 ‘학교현장실습’을 포괄할 수 있도록 전체 구성을 설계하였다. 초안 개발 후, 워크북의 주요 내용, 실습내용 관련정보, 서식, 실행 과정에 대한 연구진 협의회의 논의, 검토를 포함한 3차에 걸친 검토 및 수정·보완 과정을 거쳐 최종 교육실습 워크북을 완성하였다. 워크북은 [교육실습 계획 및 실행] 영역, [교육실습에 대한 이해] 영역, [교육봉사활동] 영역, [학교현장실습]의 4개 영역으로 구성하고, 지도교수-예비교사-현장교사 간 협력하며 교육실습을 전체적, 단계적으로 계획하고 관리할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 전문가 그룹의 워크북의 내용 타당 검증 결과, 내용에 기본적인 오류가 없고, 예비교사들이 이해하기에 적절하며, 예비교사들의 전공, 상황, 여건에 따라 단계적으로 실습을 계획하고 실행하기에 매우 적절한 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 교육실습 워크북을 통해 예비교사들이 자질을 검증하며, 실습과정에서 교사로서의 자신의 적성과 능력을 스스로 평가하고 자기를 개발하는 기회를 가지며, 능동적, 적극적인 태도로 교육실습을 계획, 실행, 평가하여 예비교사들의 자기주도적 현장 역량 강화가 이루어지기를 기대한다.
This The purpose of this study is to develop an ‘Educational Practicum Workbook’ to efficiently support ‘School Field Practicum’ and ‘Educational Service’ for pre-service teachers. The direction of workbook development was set by analyzing related literature. In addition, the composition of the workbook was designed to include both 'Educational Service' and 'School Field Practicum'. After the development of the draft, the ‘Educational Practice Workbook’ was finally completed through three revisions and supplements, including discussions and reviews by the researchers' council on the contents of the workbook, related information, format, and practice execution process. The workbook was composed of four areas: the [Educational Practicum Planning and Implementation] area, the [Understanding Educational Practicum] area, the [Educational Service] area, and the [School Field Practicum]. The workbook was developed to cooperate between the supervisor, the pre-service teacher, and the field teacher, and to plan and manage educational practicum in stages. As a result of verifying the content validity of the workbook conducted by the expert group, it was evaluated that there were no basic errors in the content, it was appropriate for pre-service teachers to understand, and it was very appropriate to plan and implement the practium step by step depending on the major, situation, and condition of pre-service teachers. It is expected that the ‘Educational Practicum Workbook’ developed in this study will strengthen the competencies required of teachers by cultivating teacher qualities, self-evaluating their aptitude and ability as teachers, developing themselves, and planning, implementing, and evaluating educational practice with an active and active attitude.
