Lithium and Manganese-rich layered oxide(LMRO) is one of the Li-ion battery cathode materials that exhibit a large specific capacity. In addition, it has a high operating Voltage and high Energy density. So, It is getting attention as a Next-generation cathode material. However, it has difficulties in commercialization due to problems such as Voltage Fading, Low initial Coulombic efficiency, Poor rate capability, and Limited cycle life. Among them, the Voltage Fading that occurs during cycling lowers the operating voltage. It becomes impossible to use the high energy density, which is an advantage of LMRO. So, it is the first problem to be solved for the commercialization of LMRO. Therefore, in this study, the structural stability is improved through bulk & surface doping and the side reaction with the electrolyte is suppressed to control the Voltage fading after cycling.
