For theoretical studies, I consulted with dissertations, academic journals, and periodicals. There rarely exist previous questionnaires on the pursuit of start-up information of independent variables, nor cognition options (ability to recognize and to choose the best for the situation), nor execution ability (the ability to handle). Therefore, the questionnaire is formed based on my experiences as a consultant of SBDC (A Center of Supporting Small business people). It is composed of 16 questions of 6 independent-variables and 10 dependent-variables, which use the likert scale.The objects of questions are 177 participants of start-up education for small business people in Seoul which are representatives of specimen. I had the data through questionnaire.In order to verify the hypothesis, I conducted a Multiple Regression Analysis and crosstabs, which explain the differences among groups, and t-test, and ANOVA-Analysis.The results of the analysis are as follows. First, an impact of pursuit of start-up information had an effect on perception options of the transfer of start-up education. Second, an impact of pursuit of start-up information had not an effect on performance capability of the transfer of start-up education. Third, the degree of demand of start-up education had not an effect on perception options of the transfer of start-up education. Last, the degree of demand of start-up education had not had not an effect on performance capability of the transfer of start-up education.
