The purpose of this study was to verify how participation constraint of the senior golf player had influences on overcome efforts and participation satisfaction. For this purpose, the population among a senior golf player was selected, and the data were collected by using of convenience sampling method. Total 218 copies of data were collected, and all data were utilized in data analysis. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 program, and the analysis of construct validation and reliability on the questionnaire of each factor was carried out prior to the verification of structural relationship among each factor. The construct validations of each questionnaire were analyzed by descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis with SPSS 18.0 program. And the relevance of abstracted factor structure was analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis with AMOS 18.0. The relationship among participation constraint, overcome efforts and participation satisfaction of senior golf player was analyzed by using of each factors abstracted from the analysis of validity and reliability. In addition, for the difference among participation constraint, overcome efforts and participation satisfaction according to the character of a senior golf player were analyzed by Independent T-test and One-way ANOVA with SPSS 18.0 program, and the relationships among the related factors were analyzed by covariance structure analysis through AMOS 18.0. The results were as follows; First, for the difference among academic ability, income, career, win experience, the participation consciousness, according to the level of participation constraint, overcome efforts and participation satisfaction. Second, for the relationship between the participation constraint and overcome efforts of senior golf player, the participation constraint of senior golf player had negative effect on overcome efforts. Third, for the relationship between the participation constraint and participation satisfaction of senior golf player, the participation constraint of senior golf player had negative effect on participation satisfaction. Fourth, for the relationship between the overcome efforts and participation satisfaction of senior golf player, the overcome efforts of senior golf player had positive effect on participation satisfaction. Fifth, the efforts to overcome the constraints have mediates between participation restriction and participation satisfaction. In other words, constraints on competition participation indirectly affect participation satisfaction by overcoming constraints.
