With the gradual miniaturization of electronic devices and increasing interest in wearable devices, the research on flexible microelectronics is being actively studied. Due to the limitation of the existing battery system corresponding to miniaturization, there is a need for alternative power sources with flexibility and sustainability. Accordingly, energy harvesting from the surrounding environmental system using fluorinated polymers having piezoelectric property is receiving a great attention. Among them, because of excellent piezoelectric property, mechanical flexibility, thermal stability and lightweight, polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) and PVDF co-polymers have been researched as a representative organo-piezoelectric materials. Meanwhile, electrospinning is very effective method to fabricate nanofibrous mesh with superior surface-to-volume ratio from polymer solution. In the process of electrospinning, the polymer solution is subjected to mechanical stretching and in-situ poling corresponding to external strong electric field. As a results, the fraction of piezoelectric β-phase in PVDF can be improved by electrospinning process and enhanced harvesting output is realized. This thesis researched improved PVDF-based composite about mechanical properties and harvesting output through coaxial electrospinning method. Coaxial fibers composed of PVDF-based core and BTO doped PAN shell showed uniform fiber diameters due to single solvent system of shell and enhanced output voltage about 3.45V by synergistic effect with composite. But insertion of core material induced the increasement in average diameter of fibers up to about 1um, deterioration of mechanical properties appeared. On the other hand, BTO doped PAN Hollow nanofiber made by coaxial electrospinning showed conflicting point which had excellent mechanical strength of stress at fracture about 9.13MPa by maintaining average diameter about 400nm and improved harvesting output about 2.73V due to superior surface area with hollow structure at the same time.
