The struggle with diseases that brutally destroys the belief and hope that daily life will be as safe as usual has entered a long-term war. Complaints about the daily life of being isolated from diseases and others have reached its highest level without a complete solution being presented. As a guideline for controlling distancing outdoors and indoors, modern people who felt bored with life limited to indoor life were based on a situation in which they could not completely quench their thirst for 'experience'. In particular, in the past, the unique experiences and satisfaction that can only be obtained in different places were satisfied with the feeling of happiness through "travel," but as the risk of the virus increases, they are not directly enjoying the trip due to the disapproval of entry itself. Over time, the characteristics of the virus are also changing into new specific substrates, raising threats and awareness of infection from modern people from all walks of life. For modern people who have no choice but to believe in the existence of the virus in front of their survival, predicting the future in all aspects is considered a challenging unpleasant task. For ordinary citizens, the threat of life is leading to active consumption activities as a way to control negative emotions that have evolved into anxiety and fear. This study aims to compare the impulse psychology of consumers according to the type of experience consumption based on the current situation. As the control role of this experiment, the COVID-19 situation and the control situation, which correspond to threatening diseases, are given as conditions for the experiment. As the social isolation situation intensifies, the thirst for "experience" is also intensifying. Therefore, this study aims to compare two types of consumption: static and dynamic activities among the types of experiential consumption, and to analyze the factors that cause greater impulsiveness in the consumption decision-making process due to the threat of inevitableviral diseases. The experiment is measured using fNIRS (near infrared functional spectroscopy), and it is intended to observe the activation and change of oxygen saturation in the bloodstream of the frontal lobe, which is the measurement area.
