This study was conducted to identify factors affecting service satisfaction among 143 elderly subjects using daycare services. All agreed to participate in the study. Data collection was conducted at 13 daycare service facilities located in C City and analyzed using SPSS Ver. 27.1. Correlations between activities of daily living, depression, interpersonal relationships, and service satisfaction were identified using Pearson's correlation coefficient, and factors influencing service satisfaction were identified using hierarchical regression analysis. Statistical significance was accepted for P values <.05. Service satisfaction was significantly dependent on general characteristics, which included education level, religion, and number of caregivers. Service satisfaction was positively correlated with interpersonal relationships and negatively correlated with daily living activities and depression. Interpersonal relationships were negatively correlated with activities of daily living and depression, and depression was positively correlated with activities of daily living. Hierarchical regression analysis Model 1 showed religion and number of caregivers positively influenced service satisfaction with an explanatory power of 19.3% (p <.05), whereas Model 2 showed depression and number of caregivers were influential factors with an explanatory power of 46.6% (p<.05). Therefore, to improve the service satisfaction of elderly people using day care services changes in services are required that take into account these influential factors.
