With the aim of improving the quality of life of young female cancer patients in their 20s and 40s, this study used design methodologies to analyze difficulties during the disease's disease experience and proposed user-centered service content. The importance of quality of life is highlighted because young female cancer patients, who are rapidly increasing in recent years, have a high survival rate and have many days to live as cancer survivors after complete recovery. The experience of psychological difficulties in the course of fighting disease was analyzed by dividing it into three processes: discovery, treatment, and management based on the diagnosis and end of treatment, which are the main periods of change in the distress pattern during the entire treatment journey. As a result of the analysis, the main problems faced by young female cancer patients were concentrated in the treatment process and were defined in four areas: difficulty in controlling emotions, deepening negative thoughts, worrying about children, and lack of empathy. For the solution, emotional recording, self-expressive writing, parenting training, and empathy-based communities were proposed as service contents.
