Since “untact” consumption behaviors during the COVID-19 pandemic expand, consumers especially pay attention to agricultural product shopping using short clip platforms in China. This study tests the effect of credibility of creators on purchase intention, directly and indirectly. In so doing, we use the usefulness of online reviews as a moderator and the length of use as a moderated moderator, and then, analyze the moderated moderation effects using Process Macro(M=3). The findings show that credibility of creators has a direct and significant effect on purchase intentions. Regarding the role of length of use, it plays an important role in moderating the usefulness of online reviews on the credibility-purchase intention link, indicating that the moderated moderation effects significantly appear. More specifically, although the usefulness of online reviews is low, when the length of use is long, the credibility-purchase intention link improves. Given that the usefulness of online reviews is high, the credibility-purchase intention link improves, regardless of the effect of the length of use; however, the same effect enhances when the length of use is long.
