For the entire area of Tokyo Bay, the wind waves generated and developed from various directions were summed and averaged using the SMB method to obtain the planar distribution of wave energy fluxes for two time periods, Before and after the landfill was built, to evaluate the impact on Banzu Tidal Flat. According to the landfill-free results, the vector sums of wave energy fluxes cancel each other near the center of Tokyo Bay and become small in value, and become large near the shoreline, indicating that they support the topography of each point in Tokyo Bay. Also, absolute values of wave energy fluxes around Banzu tidal flat with landfill decreased compared to before reclamation, with a counterclockwise rotation and a smaller angle of incidence to the shoreline on the north side of the tidal flat and a clockwise rotation and a larger angle of incidence on the south side.
