Innovative ideas emerge from the combination of three distinct perspectives: customer experience, business, and technology. We thought that it is possible to create practical and satisfying services by involving target users in all aspects of product development, In our research, we developed and tested a new process specifically tailored to Generation Z. In this study, Our objective was to analyze the values of Generation Z, which we did by studying the hidden emotions and motivations that precede and follow their Instagram stories. Through this analysis, we were able to confirm the validity of our approach.
