A work vessel position information system with weather information has been constructed in Nagasaki, Iwate and Kochi prefectures and has been introduced to fishing port construction. By utilizing this system, we promote working style reform and two days off, which is a major issue in the construction industry. However, in fishing port construction, securing two days a week is considered to be very difficult because the construction is affected by the weather and sea conditions. Securing two days a week is considered acceptable even with eight holidays for four weeks (secure eight holidays within four weeks). In addition, if weather and oceanic conditions such as wave height, wind speed, and rainfall at that point on the scheduled work date are expected to be larger than the construction impossible threshold, it can be set as a holiday. In this research, we propose a method to visualize the holiday schedule of eight holidays within four weeks by the weather and ocean condition forecast data at the fishing port construction site using the work vessel position information system, and to share the information with the orderer.
