The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of complex exercise training on changes in body composition and blood pressure in obese children. The subjects were 16 children between the ages of 8 and 10 residing in Y city, and were divided into 2 groups of 8 people each. A complex exercise program was conducted 3 times a week for 12 weeks for both obese children group I and normal child group II before and after exercise. Afterwards, physical fitness factors and blood pressure were analyzed, focusing on body fat percentage. As a result of this study, there were significant differences in body weight, body fat percentage, BMI, muscle strength, agility, and systolic blood pressure excluding flexibility and diastolic blood pressure between Group I and Group II, which performed combined exercise training three times a week for 12 weeks (p<.001 ). Therefore, 12 weeks of combined exercise training had a positive effect on BMI, blood pressure, and physical fitness factors as well as body fat percentage in obese children
