At present, the scale of foreign experts have been expanded in private universities in mainland China. The numbers of people who has the intention to teach or conduct cooperation and communication is growing. We need to keep pace with times, supervise the ways of introduction and management of foreign experts and make them give full play to their rolesin teaching and researching. It is an important aspect of accelerating the connotative development of private universities of mainland China and enhancing their international awareness and implementation the education internationalization. The work of managing and constructing the foreign experts team requires professional, persistent and systematic. It not only demands the support of a high-quality foreign affairs team, but also needs the decision-making and management level holding the e proper concept of international education and a broad international perspective. Therefore, the college could meet the demand of times development of internationalization development strategy, perfect management system and mechanism in time, effectively improve the foreign experts affairs related to decision-making, management and service level. According to the current domestic academia of the existing theoretical research and the questionnaire survey data and combining years of working experience and understandings of group members, this study would discuss three aspects of the foreign experts affairs. Part one is about the current situation of foreign experts in the private universities and the problems of management and team construction. Part two is how to construct the foreign experts team effectively in the future. Part three is how to manage the team orderly. In terms of analyzing these three aspects, this research try to explore common problems, and then identify issues related to regularity. Base on the results, some tentative solution strategies and specific measures would be put forward in this paper. Research results of this project, will provide reference to mainland colleges and universities in introducing and make use of foreign teachers with better qualities, while providing an effective reference for the management and team construction of foreign experts.
