This study focused on analysing the effects of working performance and it’s affecting factors of disabled workers with assistive technologies. We used the survey of KEAD ‘2013 Assistive Technologies and Service Satisfaction’ and the findings as follows : First, the satisfaction of ‘Weight’ in assistive technologies(below ‘AT’), the satisfaction of ‘Contents of information by agency’ in service, and the satisfaction of ‘Productivity’ in working performance were relatively less than any other factors. Second, the effects of working performance with AT were higher in case of lower degree of disability, engaged in 3rd industries and the higher satisfaction of AT itself, service and supporting system of AT. Therefore, the influence of related variables should be increase in short-term through the more positive AT policy in order to enhance the effects of working performance. In long-term, the relative lower satisfaction should be more improved irrespective of disability degree and engaged industries. In conclusion, it is necessary of improving AT supply and supporting systems to increase the effects of working performance for disabled workers. Recently customized welfare policy system was executed in public assistance schemes. Likewise AT policy should be considered the individual characteristics of workers with disabilities and customized AT service should be strengthened by introducing and revitalizing so-called expert service center of AT.
