The purpose of this study is to find out how incentive that will be received in accordance with one’ abilities affects their turnover and embeddedness in their job. The conclusion from the survey which was conducted to 564 members of public sports organizations across the country goes as the followings; First, incentive paid by the organizations to which they are involved affects their job embeddedness. Second, according to the inquiry into the impact of their turnover and job embeddedness in their, they and not likely to have an intention to leave their job if incentives are given to them. It means that they don’t have any reason to leave their job if enough compensation suited to their contribution is given. Third, job embeddenss has also a negative impact on their hob turnover; the more incentives are given, the less their turnover is. As a result, all of the problems like delinquency of their duties and bureaupatholoty that are represented in public sector would be settled and their working environment would be improved if they recognized and are given enough compensation for their contribution to their organizations.
