The purpose of this study was to analyze the status of disabled enterprise, find the success factors of disabled enterprise, and present support measures for them. To achieve this research objective, a survey was conducted on the disabled registered with the disabled enterprise business center from August 13 to 23, 2019. Methods such as technical statistics, cross-analysis, t-test and logistic regression were utilized for data analysis. The main findings of this study are as follows. First, disabled enterprises are usually conducted in areas such as manufacturing, wholesale, retail and service industries, where they have experience in related fields and are often started with a short preparation period and small investments. Second, the success factors of disabled enterprise showed ①completion of the start-up education, ② experience in related professions, ③duration for start-up preparation, and ④grade of the disability have significant effects. Third, to promote the disabled enterprises, diverse support such as start-up education, financing, and support for item discovery needs to be made. Based on the results of the research, the following points are proposed for future policy needs and follow-up studies. First, it is necessary to come up with measures to support pre-employment and post-startup for the disabled. Second, it is necessary to find a business item that reflects the characteristics of the disabled in order to maintain the start-up for the disabled. Third, efforts need to be made to enhance the level of satisfaction in the education for start-up with the disabled. Finally, follow-up research on disabled enterprises needs to be done on case studies of successful start-ups, omparative studies of disabled enterprise and general start-ups, and the effectiveness analysis of start-ups education, etc.
