This paper investigates the H∞) observer design problem for a class of nonlinear systems with interval time-varying delays and satisfying the one-sided Lipschitz condition and the quadratic inner-bounded condition simultaneously. Not only the plants but also the outputs of the systems are subject to time-varying delay and disturbances. By using Free-Matrix-based integral inequality which is tighter than many Wirtinger-based integral inequality and free-weighting matrix technique, together with one-sided Lipschitz condition and quadratic inner-bounded condition, a new and LMI-based conditions of the proposed nonlinear H∞) observer is derived. The resulting nonlinear H∞) observer guarantees asymptotic stability of the estimation error dynamics with a prescribed performance r. Finally, a numerical example is given to shown the effectiveness of the presented approach.
