Due to the particularity of electric power enterprises, it is difficult to meet the demand for optimal transportation efficiency and resource saving with the judgment of manual experience or fixed shuttle bus scheduling at the present stage. In order to optimize the route survey and intelligent planning of the transportation of electric power materials, the method of combining the overall route with real-time road navigation and recommending the final route is proposed by introducing the saving method of road traffic operation index, so as to complete the path optimization model for the transportation of electric power materials. Based on this model, the intelligent planning information system of electric power material transportation is developed. After repeated empirical data research, it is proved that the model can achieve the optimal efficiency of the material transportation process and the shortest path, which provides a strong support for the replenishment, scheduling and intelligent planning of the electric power material transportation.
