In recent years, video-SAR has raised attention of researchers with its properties of high resolution and imaging speed. These properties provide video-SAR with huge advantages in moving targets detection and tracking. Besides defouced body energy, video-SAR provides moving targets with well-positioned shadows. However, limited to current component ability, low clutter-to-noise ratio of video-SAR image restricts shadow detection and tracking performance. In the article, a shadow tracking method is proposed which is able to maintain effective tracking of multitargets in W-band video-SAR data collected by our team.
