This paper introduces a new solid-state application which utilizes the high Bose degeneracy of plasma based X-ray lasers. This study also develops an instrumentation to observe time correlation spectroscopy and two holes spectroscopy of materials such as BaTiO/sub 3/ and superconducting high T/sub C/ cuprite. The application of this method could open a new face of the ferroelectrics and highly correlated materials.
