The target characteristic analysis is the important direction of the shipborne USB system to track the measurement of the maritime target. Because of the impact of atmospheric noise and channel interference, the target signal received by the system is prone to signal shaking. In this paper, the rapid extraction ability of the PLS algorithm is used to analyze the signal characteristics of the strong noise, and enhance the data analysis ability of the unified measurement and control system.
