As the key work in the field of remote sensing, radiometric calibration can improve the accuracy of sensor measurement data to a certain extent. As a necessary condition for remote sensing work, the accuracy and quality of data are particularly important. In order to extract data more accurately, this paper designs a data acquisition and processing system for multi-source data of radiometric calibration. Firstly, the data source types and system modules of multi-source data acquisition and processing system are described. Secondly, it introduces the overall design of the data acquisition system, as well as the possible problems and solutions of data acquisition. In addition, this paper also developed a system monitoring platform to maintain the system in real time by monitoring the process of obtaining data. Finally, the system function is tested, and the test results reach the expected effect. At present, this data acquisition and processing system has been successfully put into use in the radiation calibration of sensors.
