This paper proposes an optimized operation method for distribution network with high penetration of photovoltaic (PV), aiming to maximize the consumption of solar energy. Considering the reactive power output of distributed photovoltaic (DPV) for voltage regulation and the transfer characteristics of energy storage system (ESS) to address the mismatch between DPV output and load demand over time, minimization of voltage offset and network loss is adopted as optimization objectives. The marine predators algorithm (MPA) is employed to obtain the optimal DPV reactive power adjustment and ESS operation strategy. Simulation analysis is conducted on an IEEE 33 distribution system to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in ensuring safe and stable operation of the distribution network.
