The characteristics of the single load in rural areas are small power, dispersive and more types. How to effectively manage the distributed load and make it participate in the optimal scheduling of the rural integrated energy system is one of the problems that needs to be solved at present. In view of the above problems, the multiple types of loads are aggregated into virtual energy storage device for management in the paper. Then, the optimal scheduling model of rural integrated energy system is established. The objective function is the lowest daily operating cost of the rural integrated energy system and the above model is solved. The analysis results show that after the introduction of virtual energy storage device, the effective management of the distributed low power loads are achieved in the rural integrated energy system. The system operating cost is effectively reduced, and the economic operation of the rural integrated energy system is achieved.
