To address the challenge of upgrading traditional small and medium-sized textile spinning workshops to intelligent and automated systems, the introduction of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) is proposed, along with the establishment of an intelligent scheduling model for the spinning workshop. Recognizing the tendency of particle swarm optimization algorithms easily converging to the local optimal solution, an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed. By focusing on reducing production costs and enhancing efficiency in the spinning workshop, the objective is to optimize the makespan.
