As an autonomous navigation device, the MEMS gyroscope has a wide application background in the field of weapon equipment. During its service, it will be subject to a variety of environmental stresses, and the effect of vibration is particularly important to the performance of the MEMS gyroscope. This paper first describes the typical applications of MEMS gyroscope in weapon equipment, and then analyzes the vibration load characteristics of the gyroscope in three typical applications, and analyzes the vibration spectrum; finally designs the vibration stress step test, analyzes the influence of vibration environment on the performance degradation of MEMS gyroscope, which can provides an important basis for further analysis of the mechanism of performance degradation of MEMS gyroscope in vibration environment.
