In this paper, a reflection antenna element working in X band is designed. Reconfigurability of 1-bit phase is realized by PIN switch control circuit. The simulation results show that in 9.4GHz $\sim 11.9$ GHz frequency domain, the phase difference between the two phases reaches a stable 180 °. The structure adopts single-layer design, and the complexity and element performance are balanced.
