The characteristics of an antenna are determined by the far field and several kinds of the near field to far field transformation have been proposed. The phase-less source reconstruction method is useful in high frequency bands, and we investigate the far field estimation using only the amplitude data on a single hemispherical surface. Based on the relationship between the amplitude and phase of the near field data, we propose to use the initial phase distributions in the Phase Retrieval (PR) method to reconstruct the source information. By introducing this relationship, the far field estimation can be achieved in high accuracy. This paper presents our proposed algorithm and verify it by the simulation and measurement.
