Modern technology's high performance and ultrafast optical computing are made possible by optical logic devices. In continuation, this paper introduces the layout of an all-optical gray code converter utilizing the silicon nitride (Si 3 N 4 ) optical ring resonator. The proposed design has been validated with the help of MATLAB simulation results. The proposed gray code converter is optimized and simple in design.
