Based on a cable-stayed bridge in Chengdu, a health monitoring system based on bridge operation period is established in this paper. By combining BM with traditional health monitoring technology, the 3d model of the monitoring system is visualized. Through the establishment of acquisition and transmission module, real-time data collection is realized. Intelligent analysis and preprocessing of massive monitoring data are realized by virtual server and system self-diagnosis technology deployed in cloud computing center. Through the multi-platform display and video linkage technology of the system, especially the development of mobile APP software, the bridge manager can get real-time safety warning and master the operation status of the structure at any time. Through the statistical analysis of singularity rate and missing rate of massive monitoring data, as well as the early warning of overload event, the system is verified to be in good running state, the monitoring data is reliable and the safety early warning is efficient.
