Based on the analysis of the technical research status of emergency rescue material allocation in civil transportation airports and the current situation of emergency rescue material allocation in domestic civil airports, this article studies the applicability of commonly used methods for predicting the number of emergency rescue materials. Given the complexity of emergency rescue materials in civil transportation airports and the scarcity of historical data samples, the grey system theory is utilized as the basic technology to provide a synchronous prediction workflow and model for various emergency rescue materials. Finally, this article validates the proposed method using real data on the allocation and consumption of emergency rescue materials at a large civil airport in China.
