In order to enhance the application of LS1B high-performance microprocessors in different demanding scenarios, This paper proposes a full-function verification scheme for the LS1B microprocessor, and designs a physical and functional performance verification board, including hardware, software, and other design schemes. After testing 57 projects in six categories, including electrical performance, operational stability, thermal and mechanical environments, and process assembly adaptability, the application capabilities of the microprocessor have been fully verified
