The effectiveness of learning activities is often affected by the interactive modes during the learning process, which are mainly reflected in learners' understanding of knowledge points, personalized learning routes, and the evaluation of the learners' cognitive level. This paper intends to explore the factors to learners' understanding degree of knowledge points by analyzing interactive behaviors between learners and teaching environment. In order to evaluate learners' understanding degree of knowledge points, the proposed approach aims to measure the teaching effect by establishing Knowledge Delivery Efficiency model. However, the existing e-learning platform cannot effectively evaluate the knowledge delivery efficiency, which is affected by factors such as learning ability and knowledge difficulty. Therefore, this paper comes up with defining the learner interactive behavior vector and interactive behavior vector coefficient, evaluating the importance of knowledge points quantitatively, and grading the learning ability of students. The paper paves the way for the further research on the dynamic scheduling of learning routes and the personalized evaluation of the learners' learning ability.
