Most textile enterprises adopt order-oriented production mode, so the design of order prioritization is particularly important in enterprise production planning system. The analytic hierarchy process is highly practical in dealing with complex decision-making problems. However, the method of setting the value for each evaluation index in the analytic hierarchy process has strong subjectivity, leading to the randomness of the selection of judgment matrix and the poor reliability of analysis results. For this reason, an improved analytic hierarchy process is proposed in this study. It uses formula calculation rather than expert scoring, thus greatly improving the reliability of analysis results. Moreover, it corrects the inconsistent elements with large deviations in the inconsistency judgment matrix, enabling them to meet the requirements of consistency. The optimized analytic hierarchy process is applied to the production planning system of textile enterprises to realize the automatic order prioritization.
