In this paper performance analysis of the carbon-based interconnects in the radio frequency (RF) range is made using parameterized SPICE computer models. Frequency dependent parameterized RLC models of a multilayer GNR interconnect and a CNT interconnect are created, as well as an accurate computer interconnect model based on two-port representation. Based on the obtained resistance values for CNT and GNR interconnects, the ABCD transmission parameters in the RF range can be calculated. The results are compared to other research data and thus have been verified. A comparison is made with data from copper interconnect in the same technology nodes.
