Due to the low capacity of distributed photovoltaic power generation, the adjustable power capacity is limited by regulating with traditional regulation methods, which has insufficient support for power grid operation and scheduling. This paper puts forward the coordinated response controlling and regulating technology of active and reactive power in full-capacity range of distributed photovoltaic. As the methods this paper announces, the regulation range of distributed photovoltaic active power should be extended before the power grid frequency exceeds the limit so that when that happens, there would be capacity to regulate, and when the voltage exceeds the upper limit, units would absorb the maximum reactive power and voltage exceeds the lower limit units would emit the maximum reactive power. And if the power gird frequency and voltage exceed the limits simultaneously, active and reactive power Respond harmoniously. In addition, two different limit values are respectively set at the upper/lower limit of the regulation range dead band in order to prevent the problems of active/reactive power and frequency/voltage oscillation caused by short-term frequent load adjustment.
