In this paper, a 0.6THz (Terahertz) compact sum-difference network structure is proposed and designed. The calculated results show that the VSWR (voltage standing wave ratio) is below 1.35 in the range from 605GHz to 645GHz and the corresponding transmission coefficient from four input ports to the sum port is around -2.5dB with the consideration of conductive loss. The phase difference between four input ports and sum port, elevation-difference port, azimuth-difference port are also satisfied with in-phase/anti-phase. In addition, the results of far radiation field about this structure present that the null depth is superior to -50dB at 625GHz.
