As an important way to manipulate microfluidics, electroosmosis has attracted extensive attention of researchers at home and abroad. In this paper, the electroosmotic drive of double nanopore structure is studied. The two nanopores are set with opposite charges and the applied electric field is used. With the software VMD and NAMD2, MD simulation of the double nanopore structure gets realized in the work. The ion concentration distribution, electric field streamline change and potential distribution of the system have been studied in this research to explain the mechanism of electroosmotic flow. This structure could be applied in many micro nano situations in the future.
