This paper presents a method to evaluate the reflection level of monocone feed point based on monocone single port S 11 . This method only needs one single port measurement of a monocone through the vector network analyzer. Based on the obtained S 11 data, the reflected signal of any excitation signal at the feed point can be evaluated as long as the spectrum of the excitation signal is within the frequency range of interest. Compared with the time domain method, the method proposed in this paper has many advantages.
