High-precision positioning for 5G mobile terminals is still difficult. This paper studies the positioning algorithm of fusion carrier phase measurement technology and Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA). Low precision distance is measured by TDOA. The carrier phase of received signals from multiple BSs are used for high-precision positioning and the carrier phase integer ambiguity is determined according to this distance to further improve positioning accuracy. An experimental system is built with the Software Defined Radio (SDR) to evaluate the positioning accuracy of this method. The test results show that when the positioning error of TDOA is less than 14cm, the positioning error in the experimental environment in this paper can be further reduced to less than 1cm.
