Telemetry monitoring is an important means to ensure flight test safety and improve flight test efficiency. In order to solve the technical difficulties such as parallel access and optimization of multi-domain telemetry data, efficient management and flexible call flight test professional models, multi-aircraft data association analysis, the scheme of constructing a flight test telemetry monitoring system based on private cloud is proposed. It analyzes the key technologies, such as the parallel access and distribution of heterogeneous data based on message middleware, dynamic arrangement of visual components oriented to the data processing flow, flight test data real-time analysis based on a hybrid computing framework, realizing wide access to multiple data protocols, elastic expansion and dynamic scheduling of computing and storage resources, parallel processing and fusion analysis of multi-stream data, which provides technical support for the construction of an intelligent flight test monitoring center for military/civil aircraft across test sites.
