In real business environments, analyzing temporal consistency of mediation-aided composition of service processes is of great importance to ensure the success execution in enterprises. However, existing research works do not fully investigate the relation network when they analyze the temporal constraints for mediation-aided composition of service processes and cannot describe the relation between activities. In this paper, we propose a new approach to analyze temporal consistency of mediation-aided composition of service processes with relation network. First of all, the complex relation of multiple service processes is described accurately and hierarchically based on declarative service flow language (DecSerFlow). Then, mediation-aided composition of service processes is constructed under the relation network. Finally, the improved modular timed state graph is constructed to check efficiently the temporal constraints of mediation-aided composition of service processes. A real life case is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach.
