Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) is a self-sufficient system of collection of mobile nodes connected by wireless connections. Nodes are liberated to travel, frequently change their position and organize themselves into a network. Nodes contain wireless transmitter and receiver that allow them to take part in wireless network. Nodes in MANET having dual behaviour, they act as routers as well as computing devices. Limited bandwidth and changing topology results the problem of Congestion in MANETs. Detecting Congestion is difficult in wireless network, since there may be several reasons behind dropping of packets. In movable network, failed delivery could be due to the route break as well because of the mobility of nodes. So the cause behind packet loss is not only Congestion. Congestion aware routing is done by using clustering approach. Mobile Clustering (MOBIC) approach of MANET is used for clustering. This is based on mobility characteristic of node present in MANET. It improves packet delivery ratio and also show improvement in end to end delay when compared with normal (AODV) Routing of Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET)
