This letter proposes a method using tensor holographic metasurface composed of the designed tensor unit to generate Bessel beams with flexible deflected propagation direction, multibeam, and arbitrary circular polarization. The tensor unit with an octagonal metal patch works at 10 GHz, and it has three controllable degrees of freedom and a larger impedance modulation range, including a new degree of freedom that can precisely modulate the minor axis of the equivalent scalar impendence. Here, in a shared aperture, two deflected Bessel beams with orthogonal circular polarization are generated by the new tensor metasurface. To verify the accuracy of the design, the tensor metasurface prototype designed is fabricated and measured, and the measurement results are in good agreement with simulation results. The main polarization of both beams has good characteristics of nondiffraction, and the axial ratio of circular polarization is less than 3 dB in the focus region. The multiple deflected Bessel beams with different polarizations designed in this letter can be used for complex near-field wireless power transfer and simultaneous wireless information and power transfer.
