We design the hybrid PS/GS-16/32QAM based on intelligence algorithm in optical fiber transmission. The position and the probability of constellation points are jointly optimized. Results show that PS/GS-16/32QAM outperforms GS-16/32QAM and traditional 16/32QAM.
